The following describes the terms of which j-Grab offers you access to our services.
[Introduction]
Welcome to j-Grab.
By using j-Grab (including j-grab.com and its related sites, services and tools), you agree to the following terms with j-Grab Inc. and the general principles for the websites of our subsidiaries and international affiliates.
[Scope]
Before you may become a member of j-Grab, you must read and accept all of the terms in, and linked to, this User Agreement and the j-Grab Privacy Policy.
We strongly recommend as you read this User Agreement, you also access and read the linked information.
By accepting this User Agreement, you agree that this User Agreement and Privacy Policy will apply whenever you use j-Grab sites or services, or when you use the tools we make available to interact with j-Grab sites and services.
[Using j-Grab]
While using j-Grab sites, services and tools, you will not:
[1] provide any false personal information on j-Grab, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
[2] post content or take any action on j-Grab, that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.
[3] use our sites, services, or tools if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 20, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, or tools.
If you are under 20, you may use j-grab.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
[4] share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might jeopardize the security of your account.
[5] fail to deliver payment for items purchased by buyer, unless buyer cannot authenticate the shipper's identity;
[6] fail to deliver items purchased from seller, unless the buyer fails to meet the posted terms, or shipper cannot authenticate the buyer's identity;
[7] take any action that may undermine the Feedback or ratings systems (such as displaying, importing or exporting Feedback information off of the sites or using it for purposes unrelated to j-Grab);
[8] transfer your j-Grab account (including Feedback) and user ID to another party without our consent;
[9] distribute or post spam, unsolicited, or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
[10] distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm j-Grab, or the interests or property of j-Grab users;
[11] copy, modify, or distribute rights or content from the j-Grab sites, service, or tools or j-Grabs copyrights and trademarks; or
[12] harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.
[13] use our copyrights or trademarks including the j-Grab Logos, or any confusingly similar marks, without our written permission.
[14] post anyone's identification documents or sensitive financial information on j-Grab.
[Shipper & Buyer]
If you plan to do international transactions such as shopping on j-Grab website and get paid online from overseas, Shipper and Buyer have to register PayPal.
If you use PayPal services, you will comply with all rules and regulations of PayPal.

[Abusing j-Grab]
j-Grab and the Community work together to keep our sites and services working properly and the Community safe.
Please report problems, offensive content, and policy violations to us.
Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend, or terminate our service and user accounts, prohibit access to our sites and their content, services, and tools, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the sites if we think that they are creating problems or possible legal liabilities, infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time, or to modify or discontinue j-Grab sites, services, or tools.
[Buyer Protection]
Buyers and shippers share the responsibility for purchases provided by j-Grab is exciting, valuable, and hassle-free.
We strongly encourage buyers to work with shippers if anything purchase problems occur.
Buyers and shippers agree to follow the requirements of the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy with respect to claims and refunds.

[Fees and Services]
Joining j-Grab and searching on listed items is free. We may provide other services for a charged.
Charged services are effective after we provide you with at least 14 days' notice by posting the changes on the j-Grab site.
[Content]
When you give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, right to exercise any and all copyright, trademark, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future.
j-Grab shows data is pulled from database of stock images, descriptions, and product specifications that are provided by third parties.
Those are translated into your language.
But we do not take responsibility for those translations.
While we try to show reliable data, we cannot promise that the data will always be accurate and up-to-date.
The data may include copyrighted, trademarked, or other proprietary materials. You agree not to remove any copyright, proprietary, or identification markings included with the data.
[Limitation of Liability]
j-Grab does not take responsible for other users' content, actions, or inactions, listing items that are provided by third parties.
Our sites are place to support global social e-commerce and match shippers with buyers to allow anyone to buy just about anything, at anytime, from anywhere, in a variety of pricing formats and locations, such as Stores, fixed price formats, and auction-style formats that are provided by third parties.
We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and shippers, and also the between shippers and sellers that are provided by third party.
We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of users' content, listing items that are provided by third party, the ability of shippers to send items to buyers, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or shippers will actually complete a transaction or return an item.
We are not for charge backs, returns or refunds, so that solve these problems between the buyer and the shipper.
Further, we cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our sites, services, or tools, and operation of our sites, services, or tools may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control.
Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted, we exclude all implied warranties, terms and conditions.
We are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill or reputation, or any special, indirect or consequential damages arising, directly or indirectly, out of your use of or your inability to use our sites, services, and tools.
[Dispute]
You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute ("claim") you have with us arising out of or relating to this Statement or j-Grab exclusively in a district court located in Tokyo Metropolitan.
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo Metropolitan, Japan for the purpose of litigating all such claims.
If anyone brings a claim against us related to your actions, content or information on j-Grab, you will indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs) related to such claim.
We try to keep j-Grab up, bug-free, and safe, but you use it at your own risk we are providing j-Grab "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, limited warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that j-Grab will be safe or secure.
j-Grab is not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties, and you release us, our directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims and damages, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any claim you have against any such third parties.
We will not be liable to you for any lost profits or other consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with this statement or j-Grab, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In such case, j-Grab liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
[Privacy]
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle.
We store and process your information on computers located in Japan that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices.
You can access and modify the information you provide us and choose not to receive certain communications by signing in to your account.

If you object to your information being transferred or used in this way please do not use our services.
[Indemnity]
You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
