In Japan’s Tokai region, red miso is a staple seasoning in local cuisine and is also widely enjoyed in home cooking. Our Red Dashi Miso is crafted by adding traditional broths to premium soybean miso, creating a high-quality paste with a deep, savory taste known as “Red Dashi Miso.”
