When you pour sake into the glass, the pattern engraved on the bottom of the glass is reflected on the side, creating a beautiful cherry blossom scene—a unique and magical glass only found in Shiina Kiriko!
It uses a double-layered overlay glass with a light blue base and a pink glass called "golden red," expressing the image of cherry blossoms in full bloom. It uses custom-made "colored overlay glass," commonly used in Edo Kiriko.
The language of cherry blossoms is "spiritual beauty," "graceful woman," and "purity."
Available in three sizes:
"Guinomi" size, perfect for drinking sake
"Large" size, ideal for everyday use
"Kataguchi" size, perfect for sake or as a garnish for food
The package comes in a special paulownia wood box.
