Made with freshly caught Japanese flying squid (Surume-ika) from the coastal waters near Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture. This squid is traditionally prepared and lightly salted, then dried overnight to concentrate its umami (savory) flavor.
Versatile and easy to cook: grill it, stew it, or stir-fry it — great in Japanese, Western, or Asian dishes.
② Spicy Green Chili Miso Squid (80g x 5 packs)
This is our original product made with tender Japanese spear squid (Yari-ika) fillets, seasoned with a bold blend of green chili and rich miso (fermented soybean paste). No squid guts or tentacles used — only clean, tender cuts of squid meat.
A perfect balance of spicy and savory, ideal for hot weather. Enjoy it as a topping on hot rice or serve it as a unique appetizer with sake, beer, or wine.
