Shipping policy

We will ship your items (orders) with Japan Post EMS, ePacket, DHL, or UPS, depending on the types of the items. The Shipping Cost is FREE.

In addition, please be noted that:

  • we are sorry that we do not ship the items to/within Japan;
  • we will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the items are shipped (except for the shipping without tracking number);
  • we will only ship your items to your address registered in ;
  • the import duties, taxes, and charges (if applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Buyers have to be responsible for any charges incurred at the custom of your country;
  • we cannot help to mark merchandise values below their real value or mark items as "gifts" as these actions are prohibited by your country and other government regulations; and
  • if you want to ship to another address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible for the arrangement. If the items already shipped (collected by courier), we are sorry that we might not be able to change the address for you.
