Azuki Monaka: 100% azuki bean paste made with the full flavor of Hokkaido azuki beans.
Anno sweet potato monaka: We used Anno sweet potatoes produced in Tanegashima, which have a sugar content of around 40 degrees when baked over a long period of time.
Yamecha Monaka: The fresh aroma of gyokuro tea leaves produced in Yame, Fukuoka Prefecture, and the moderate astringency of the tea are exquisite.
