Kitakata Ramen, one of the three best ramen in Japan, was developed with the cooperation of the local Kitakata Old Men's Association (Kura-no-machi Kitakata Ro-men-kai). It features a light, rich soy sauce flavor and wide noodles. The amount of chashu pork has been increased from 2 pieces (total weight 7.0g) to 3 pieces (total weight 7.5g).
