Descripción
The thick pork bone and soy sauce broth is mixed with special raayu and lard and topped with a heaping pile of "spicy fish meal" to create a wild and heavy tasting mazesoba. The thick, non-fried noodles are made with whole wheat flour* to give them firmness and elasticity, and they go well with the soup.
