The kikimo HA8 is a Japanese hands-free sound amplifier (assistive listening device) with dedicated earphones and a large volume dial, designed to make television, movies and everyday conversation easier to hear during long periods of use.
Hands-Free for Both TV and Conversation
Because it is an earphone type, both hands stay free and long TV or movie sessions stay comfortable. A microphone is built in, so the same unit can be used for conversation. One device covers both television and talking with family.

Long Battery Life of About 240 Hours
At two hours of use per day it lasts approximately four months, so frequent battery changes are unnecessary. When the battery runs low the LED lamp goes out, making the timing for replacement easy to see at a glance.
Dedicated Hybrid Driver Earphones
The hybrid driver earphones developed exclusively for kikimo reproduce both TV audio and human voices clearly. The ear tips that touch the skin use medical-grade silicone, staying soft and comfortable in the ear even during extended listening.
One-Dial Operation
Put on the earphones and turn the dial, and it is ready to use. No pairing or connection to a TV or other device is required. The dial is deliberately large so that older users can operate it easily.
Natural Conversation and Safe Listening
- The microphone and earphones are separate units, so the distance between them keeps your own voice from being picked up and conversation sounds natural.
- A loud-sound suppression function automatically cuts sound that becomes louder than necessary, reducing the strain of sudden noise on the eardrums.
