Description
Recreate the modernized Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) helicopter carrier DDH-184 Kaga as it appeared following its first major conversion completed in March 2024.
This highly detailed 1/700 scale model represents Kaga after extensive modifications were carried out to support the operation of STOVL (Short Take-Off and Vertical Landing) aircraft, including the F-35B Lightning II. The refit marked a significant milestone in the vessel's evolution from a helicopter destroyer to a platform capable of supporting next-generation fixed-wing aircraft operations.
