This is a unique glass from Shiina Kiriko, where when you pour sake into it, the pattern engraved on the bottom of the glass is reflected on the side, creating the illusion of fireworks!
This glass uses a double-layered overlay glass with a light blue base and a purple overlay, and features engraved fireworks on the side.
It's a supreme piece that expresses the way fireworks are reflected on the surface of water.
It uses custom-made "colored overlay glass," which is commonly used in Edo Kiriko.
Available in three sizes:
"Guinomi" size, perfect for drinking sake
"Large" size, perfect for everyday use
"Kataguchi" size, great for sake or as tableware to accompany food
The package comes in a special paulownia wood box.
We also include our popular original paper bag, perfect for gifts.
Because it is handmade by artisans, there may be air bubbles or veins inside the glass.
