- All the strawberries we use are grown in Japan. No pectin is used, allowing you to enjoy the flavor and aroma of the ingredients to the fullest. It is a standard jam, but one of our most popular jams because of its unique taste. - We grow our own blueberries. We do not use any pesticides. We harvest the berries a short time before they are fully ripe, so that the jam has the right balance of sourness and sweetness.
- The fig jam is made from ingredients produced in Japan. The sweet aroma of the figs and the texture of the tiny seeds are preserved in the jam. You can enjoy the mellow aroma, sweetness, and texture of this exquisite product.

With this in mind, we have lovingly finished our jams without using any unnecessary ingredients. The absence of unnecessary ingredients enhances the taste of the ingredients. At Niikura Jam, our "additive-free" commitment means eschewing food additives like preservatives, flavor enhancers, colorings, and pectin.
