Description
Gyokuro is the finest of all teas. Tea can be picked three to four times a year, but gyokuro can only be picked once a year. It contains twice as much theanine and caffeine as regular tea, and is rich in catechins. Genmaicha with this matcha has a distinctly Japanese green color when brewed. It also contains baked rice, so anyone can easily enjoy this aromatic Japanese tea. Roasted green tea is made by roasting green tea. It has a particularly fragrant aroma. It is brown in color. Because 99% of the caffeine is eliminated by roasting, it is also drunk by babies in Japan. In Japan, green advanced green teas such as gyokuro are drunk with sweets, while brown and yellow teas such as hojicha are drunk with meals.

Hot tea: Simply place 1 tea bag into a mug and fill with boiling water to make delicious Japanese green tea.
Cool tea (for a sweet, refreshing flavor): Place 1 tea bag in 500ml of water, stir well, and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before drinking.
Rapidly cooled tea (for a rich flavor): Put 1 tea bag in a mug, fill with 150 ml of boiling water, stir, add ice, and cool rapidly for a delicious cold Japanese tea.
