It's a ceremonial grade JAS organic matcha, made from 100% first-pick organic tea leaves and has received JAS organic certification. The tea is known for its well-balanced flavor profile, featuring both the bitterness from catechin and the sweetness from theanine.

Cultivated in fertile organic soil, it boasts a rich theanine flavor and a harmonious balance of tannins. Vibrant green with vivid chlorophyll, it is carefully shaded for two weeks prior to harvesting.
