Description

A plate born out of the genius of craftsmanship.
Going beyond the functions of a normal plate, ZALA serves both as a regular camping plate and as a household plate that can be used for reheating food that has cooled down, grilling, and stewing.

Features

ZALA is manufactured with a material known as SPHC that satisfies the JIS G3131 (Commercial Hot Rolled SPHC Steels) standards. With dimensions of 260mm x 160mm, this product has a square design with deeply bent edges to prevent the juices that run from hamburgers and stews from spilling.

In addition, because the iron plate has a certain thickness, you can use it to easily reheat food that has cooled down over a fire, making it a highly user-friendly iron plate.

The surface of this product has been treated with a special process known as nitriding, which makes it resistant to stains and rust even when washed with water and allows it to remain clean for use. This process also gives it a stylish, almost jet-black appearance.

This iron product features deep curves that cannot be created through sheer human strength, an expression of the skills of the manufacturer and the power of the machine used to craft it.

Our Story

ZALA was created during the development of a product to replace the lid of GOKUTETSU.

Although originally designed to be used as the lid of an iron plate, ZALA was launched as a new product after we considered its appearance from a developer's perspective and realized that it can also be used on its own as a plate.
ZALA has a shape that amplifies its visual beauty and functionality when used as a plate.

This product was designed to be used both for cooking and as a plate when camping as it can be easily used to reheat its contents over a fire.

We hope that the ease of using this product to serve food after cooking and to reheat food that has cooled down will bring smiles to the faces of more people by providing them with delicious and warm food at any time.

Notes

・Season the product before use if you are using it over a fire. (Doing so extends the lifespan of the product.)
・The iron plate is extremely hot after it is heated. Do not touch it with your bare hands.
・Do not drop or hit the product or apply more force to it than necessary, as doing so may deform the product.
・Please be careful not to drop the product when carrying it, as it is made of iron.
・Iron may discolor over time. This does not affect the product's quality, and we hope you enjoy the material's evolution.
・Iron is sensitive to moisture, acid, and salt, which may cause discoloration or rust.
・Store the product in a well-ventilated place after use.
Other precautions can be found in the enclosed instruction manual (including the above precautions).
