Features
We use oysters from Mie Prefecture and add mekabu, rich in the aroma of the sea. The soup stock is made from kelp and dried bonito flakes, and no preservatives are used. The rice used is Japanese glutinous rice, which gives the dish a chewy texture. The ingredients are processed in a retort packet, and the rice is specially treated so that it can be stored at room temperature.
Our Story
We have been planning oyster-related products for some time, but we developed a series of microwavable products as a proposal for more convenient eating of oysters. I heard that my own child, who is now living alone and cooking for himself for the first time, does not cook takikomi gohan but often wants to eat it, and I thought there might be a need for such a product.
