Made with SUS304 stainless steel hairline-finish material of 1.5 mm thickness. The patented simple structure can be easily assembled from seven parts with no tools required, and disassembled for compact portability. Minimizes unevenness in heating and can be used repeatedly.
Can also be used on a table of 250 mm length, 150 mm width, and 125 mm height. (Dimensions in storage bag: 150 mm length, 130 mm width, 25 mm thickness) With a weight of just 1040g with trivet included, it's ready to grill yakitori and other skewered foods. Usable with wood fires, live embers, and heat sources such as charcoal, solid fuels, and alcohol stoves.
The set's checkered grill plate is made of steel. Unlike disposable meshes, it accepts seasoning before cooking, for amazing flavors through long use.
The checkerboard griddle drops excess fats and minimizes the escape of flavor by cooking food with crispy surfaces and juicy insides through a large heat source and far-infrared heating, for maximum enjoyment of charcoal grilling.
