We created this assortment of three different flavors of carefully selected specialty coffee beans with the goal of a daily morning cup of the highest quality coffee that will impress customers, and make them end up wanting to wake up a little earlier to brew this delicious coffee.
Our shop specializes in roasting and selling coffee beans.
After spending a decade or so on coffee’s leading edge acquiring a wide range of knowledge and know-how about sourcing, manufacturing, coffee shops, sales, and logistics, we launched Nif Coffee in 2021. The concept of our shop is to provide customers with the very best specialty coffee, insisting on freshness and quality. Defective beans are individually removed by hand, and the resulting coffee lets you experience the purest possible flavor.
It was even selected as a Hometown Tax return gift for the city of Kawasaki, and many people buy it all across Japan.

The origin of the beans our workers select and roast varies with the time of year.
We roast the beans after you place your order, and seal and ship them promptly to deliver them to you in a fresh state.

• Mail order coffee beans are hit and miss, but Nif Coffee’s beans were really delicious. They look great, with almost no defective beans. They also gave off a nice aroma while I was grinding and brewing them. The flavor is well-balanced, and there was none of the unpleasant aftertaste you sometimes get with mail order beans.
