Nissin's strongest Donbei Kakiage Soba made with special attention to every aspect of the noodles, broth, kakiage, and shichimi (seven spices).

● Authentic thick "noodles"
It is a new thicker soba noodle with more elasticity and better thirst-quenching than regular Donbei.

●Six types of combined "dashi" (soup stock)
The soup features a gorgeous aroma of dried bonito flakes and soy sauce. and soy sauce.
It is made using a combination of all six types of dashi: bonito flakes, kelp, mackerel, dried sardines, dried shiitake mushrooms, and ago(flying fish).

●"Kakiage" is thick but crispy.
The thickest in the Donbei market, this is Nissin Foods' proprietary method of making oni kakiage.
The increased amount of onion is made to fill the mouth with its delicious flavor.

●Specially blended "shichimi togarashi" (seven spice)
Specially blended characteristic shichimi chili pepper at Yagenbori, a long-established soba noodle restaurant in Asakusa, Tokyo. Adding shichimi at the end gives it a roasted, mildly spicy and savory flavor.

【How to eat】
1. Peel off the lid halfway and remove the bag of powdered soup/kakiage with seven spices.
2. Put the powdered soup first and pour boiling water up to the inner line.
3. Cover and stir gently after 5 minutes.
4. Finally, top with kakiage and sprinkle with shichimi (seven spices).
※The standard amount of hot water required is 420 ml.
