Rakubi Premium A contains butyrate-producing bacteria (Clostridium butyricum) and 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propionic acid (HMPA). Continuous intake increases beneficial bacteria (butyrate-producing bacteria) and short-chain fatty acids (butyric acid, acetic acid), improving the gut microbiota (gut flora) and intestinal environment in those prone to constipation, improving bowel movements (volume and frequency), and reducing abdominal fat (visceral and subcutaneous fat), waist circumference, and body fat percentage in those with a higher BMI (23 to less than 30), thus aiding weight loss and supporting a decrease in a high BMI.

Butyrate-producing bacteria are one of the bacteria found in fermented rice bran pickles and have the function of producing short-chain fatty acids.

HMPA increases short-chain fatty acids, improving the intestinal environment in those prone to constipation, reducing abdominal fat (visceral and subcutaneous fat) in those with a higher BMI, reducing body fat percentage, and supporting a decrease in a high BMI through weight loss.
