It is carefully brewed using only 100% Japanese-grown whole soybeans, Japanese wheat, and mineral-rich salt—without any artificial additives or preservatives. The salt is made from deep ocean water from Muroto, Kochi Prefecture, Japan, evaporated to retain natural minerals.
This is a Koikuchi Soy Sauce, the most common style in Japan, known for its rich umami, smooth taste, and gentle aroma. It can be used for cooking, dipping sauces, marinades, or as table seasoning.
