Our signature product, "Takumi no Shime Saba (Artisanal marinated mackerel)" has maintained its unchanged taste since its establishment in 1960, and has been supported by many customers. In 2021 and 2022, it was awarded the Monde Selection Gold Medal for two consecutive years and has come to be recognized around the world. Takumi no Shime Saba is made from Norwegian mackerel with high-quality fat. Our original method of tightening the mackerel has reduced the odor and acidity peculiar to the mackerel and has made it moist and fatty, thus maintaining a stable taste and quality. It can be served not only as sashimi, but also as mackerel burgers, sushi rolls, fried mackerel, and in many other ways. We hope that many people around the world can enjoy our pride “Takumi no Shime Saba” and bring a smile to everyone who eats it.
Regarding the expiration date, it will be 9 months in a frozen state from the date of manufacture by the manufacturer.
After thawing, store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
