    • Add ~60 ml of water at ~80°C for a smooth, balanced brew

  2. Koicha (Thick Tea):

    • Use more matcha, whisk slowly … (熟練が必要) 

  3. Storage:

    Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding humidity and light 

    • After opening, seal tightly and try to consume reasonably soon to preserve freshness
