Donbei Tempura Soba" for Eastern Japan has a spicy "colorful shichimi" flavor.
Donbei Tempura Soba features Donbei's signature straight, comfortable-slurping soba noodles with a flavorful bonito broth for eastern Japan, and a richly flavored sauce made with umami soy sauce.

The "Specialty Atonose Tempura" is freshly fried and crispy, with a delicious shrimp flavor.The optional "colorful Shichimi," a spicy hot chili pepper spice to be applied as a finishing touch, enhances the flavor of the soy sauce.

It also comes with a tsukimi pocket on which an egg can easily be placed, so please drop an egg and try it as "tsukimi soba" (moon-viewing buckwheat noodles).Tsukimi-soba is a type of soba with an egg resembling a "moon.The addition of the mild, thick egg to the sweet soba-tsuyu makes for a very tasty dish.

How to eat Nissin Donbei Tempura Soba

  1. Peel off the lid of the cup of noodles halfway and remove all the sachets.
  2. Boil water (approximate volume 420 ml).
  3. Put the powdered soup in first and pour boiling water up to the inner line.
  4. After 3 minutes with the lid on, stir gently and top with tempura.
  5. Finally, the dish is finished with a dash of shichimi (seven spices).
